Cottage Orava offers comfortable accommodation in Orava in the foothill village Brezovica in the foothills of Skorušinské hills and Roháčov - Western Tatras. In the vicinity you can enjoy hiking in the surrounding countryside and visit the thermal swimming pool and water park in Oravice (12 km). Popular tourist destinations also include the Juráňová Valley, the Orava Reservoir, the Orava Castle and the Museum of the Orava Village in Zuberec. In winter you can ski directly in the Ski Center Brezovica (1 km) or in the surrounding ski resorts in Vitanová (10 km), Nižná (10 km), Oravice (15 km) and Zuberec (25 km).
We offer guests comfortable accommodation in a family house with a total capacity of 23 beds. On the ground floor of the cottage you will find a spacious entrance hall with table tennis, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, microwave, kettle, dining room with sitting area and table football, living room with sofa, TV and separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower .
The floor of the house consists of two four-bed, one triple and one smaller double bedroom. There are two bathrooms on this floor - one with a bath, washbasin and toilet and the other with a shower and washbasin. The staircase leads to the attic where there are two large family five-bed bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also storage space for skis, bicycles and sports equipment.
You can park directly in the yard, where there is a spacious gazebo, outdoor fireplace, barbecue, goulash kettle and garden swing. For the little ones there are toys, a slide, a trampoline and a sandpit.
The cottage is heated by central + gas heating, which will provide you with constant heat and hot water. Slippers and towels must be brought to the cottage. Access in winter is a hassle-free car (chains are not needed, but they are an advantage). Looking forward to your visit.
Roháče are often and justly praised as the most beautiful part of the West Tatras. A crown of wonderful peaks dominated by the majestic Baníkov Mt. surrounds the extensive Roháčska dolina valley. In turn, the Ostrý Roháč and Volovec Mts. are the princes of the Roháče Mts. They form an indivisible couple of slender rock mountains in the principal ridge and look like two devils horns, expressed by their names (Ostrý Roháč means a sharp horn and Volovec means an ox).
